With a career spanning industry and consulting, Jane has amassed an ever-growing portfolio of business improvement expertise. She has improved launch operations for multiple clients and managed multiple launches.

Lisa has worked with across many sectors, including Pharma, Fashion and Aerospace. This has given her an insight into many different systems and structures, what works and what doesn’t. She uses this knowledge to support and develop our business as we continue to grow.

Viv brings a wealth of experience across forecasting, planning and analysis, business partnering, supply chain and sourcing, and broader accounting activities. A qualified CIMA accountant, she has held senior finance roles within large corporates across the aerospace, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors. Her international experience includes time spent in both Switzerland and the USA, giving her strong insight into global finance practices.

In her previous roles, Viv has led large teams and developed strong people-management skills, alongside her strengths in managing complexity, driving process re-engineering, and supporting systems implementations. Combined with her collaborative approach and keen eye for detail, she will be a valuable addition to the team as we continue to work toward our growth goals.

Marysia is our HR partner, supporting us with all aspects of people management. She’s CIPD Level 7 qualified and has a Masters in Human Resource Management, and has successfully supported organisations in winning Employee Engagement Awards.

Marysia is in her element when coaching and supporting people, and is a trained workplace mediator and certified practitioner of Thomas International PPA.

Kath is a highly experienced consultant with a breadth of experience across the pharmaceutical product development and commercialisation continuum. With 15+ years programme management experience in the development of small and large molecules, product reversions/integrations, launch readiness and execution.
She has a strong focus on fostering open and trusting relationships to build a team environment that drives increased collaboration, buy-in and alignment, and excellence in delivery; Kath has held various drug R&D and commercialisation roles at both big and midsized Pharma companies.

Rhona brings over 25 years’ experience in clinical development, clinical operations and quality across Global Pharma and Biotech. Rhona holds an MSc in Translational Science, and has worked extensively in Industry at Roche, Novartis and Alexion Pharmaceuticals before moving into consulting.

Having started her career as a clinical research associate, Rhona has gone on to manage complex study portfolios and supported organisations at Global level through inspections, integrations and periods of rapid growth.

Passionate about bringing life-changing treatments to patients faster without compromising on excellence or integrity, Rhona is known for her calm, structured and collaborative approach. 

Lindsay is a senior consultant and project manager with over 20 years of experience working in the field of health economics, outcomes research and market access, including directly from within the pharmaceutical industry (Janssen Global and EMEA Oncology).

This includes building and executing health economics, outcomes research, evidence generation, and market access strategies from early through late-stage clinical development, as well as in the launch and post-launch phases. Lindsay has experience across multiple therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Infectious Diseases, and Immunology.

Jeff is an experienced and professionally accredited launch excellence consultant and project manager, who has delivered on projects across multiple functions in Pharma organisations.

With specific expertise in R&D / Supply Chain / Commercial/ Launch Excellence and IT Transformation projects, Jeff has unique insight into all stages of commercialisation from new product integration to launch optimisation. Jeff has a proven track record of delivering to agreed timescales, budget, and quality.

Nick has over 25 years experience in Pharma and Consumer Healthcare across a variety of roles.

An expert launch framework and workshop facilitator, he has supported numerous teams with successful launches and importantly brings warmth, infectious enthusiasm, and fun to each team he works with.

Mirjana is a Change and Transformation Project Manager with over 16 years’ experience in HR at Local, Regional and Global level of organisations (including Pharma). She is an experienced coach and workshop facilitator, and accredited Project Manager. Mirjana absolutely loves building the individual and collective capabilities of teams and helping them to have the healthiest possible working team dynamic particularly as teams navigate change.

Martin is a senior pharmaceutical leader with 30+ years’ experience delivering results through cross-functional team leadership, development, and execution across global and UK markets.

He specialises in building high-performing, aligned teams, with a strong focus on strategic & tactical planning, capability building and execution. He has a particular interest in salesforce excellence and the critical role of 1st Line Leaders.

Known for cutting through complexity, he aligns teams behind a clear vision and delivers results at pace. His style is warm, positive, and energetic – bringing focus, momentum, and a sense of enjoyment to the teams he works with, while maintaining a relentless focus on outcomes.
