January was a busy start to the year for the team, with a strong focus on client delivery, onboarding new colleagues and shaping plans for the months ahead.
As we move through February, there’s plenty happening across the business. From new starters and upcoming workshops to travel and events in the diary, as we enter the ‘Year of the Horse’ in the Chinese Zodiac, it feels like our year is already galloping.

We’re putting the finishing touches on a Launch Governance framework for a UK and Ireland affiliate, following a recent audit of their launch operations. The review highlighted gaps in launch readiness guidance for both teams and leadership. The resulting framework now brings clearer roles, decision points and governance as activity builds. Behind the scenes
Alongside our client work, we’ve recently settled into our new office in Chertsey after relocating earlier this year. Our new home is set within one of Surrey’s oldest pubs, dating back to the 1300s, and it’s been a great space to collaborate and spend time together as a team. It has also supported how we work day-to-day, bringing more structure and focus to our plans. It’s already proving to be a positive change as we head further into the year.

Caroline brings deep experience across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial and Consulting, having led cross-functional programmes from early development through to global product launches across multiple regions.

Launch Project Management Essentials
We’re currently in discussions with a training platform to make our popular Launch Project Management Essentials training available more widely, alongside our direct client delivery.
This introductory course focuses only on the core elements of project management needed for launch and can be completed in one day.
This programme isn’t just for project managers. It’s designed for anyone who wants to be an effective member of a cross-functional launch team. It gives teams practical tools, shared language and confidence to manage the complexity of launch programmes, particularly in matrix environments.
If you would like a consistent way of working as a matrix team on launch projects in your organisation, give us a shout.

In early March, we’ll be travelling to Amsterdam to run a launch planning workshop for one of our longest-standing client partners. This will be the fourth launch we’ve worked on together, and we are proud to be invited back each time as our client’s launch excellence partner.
PM Awards 2026
We’ll also be attending the PM Awards 2026 on Friday 20 March at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London. The PM Awards celebrate excellence in pharmaceutical marketing and healthcare communications and remain a key date in the industry calendar.
