We were delighted to host a lunchtime webinar for PAGB members this week asking whether we need to ‘Challenge our Assumptions in Pursuit of Launch Excellence’

We challenged attendees to consider:

Whether we are adapting quickly enough as organisations to the current macro trends, and the changing way consumers define their ‘health’ as the lines between illness, health and wellness blur?
If we are tailoring our launch strategies to each individual launch and where the consumer / patient seeks information and advice about specific healthcare needs or just doing 'launch' the way we always have?
How the application of ‘launch excellence’ principles in Pharma has improved launch trajectories, and that we can take learnings from this transformation in approach to launch and apply them to our self-care launches.
How the behavioural science of launch and our own biases can cloud our judgement if we don't have an objective external lens keeping us honest about the potential of our launches

Our expert panel Andy Tarnai, Deborah Hulme FIIC and Holly Rix discussed these topics with me during our live webinar. Thanks to all our panel and attendees for a really enjoyable discussion!
We were delighted to host a lunchtime webinar for PAGB members this week asking whether we need to ‘Challenge our Assumptions in Pursuit of Launch Excellence’

We challenged attendees to consider:

 • Whether we are adapting quickly enough as organisations to the current macro trends, and the changing way consumers define their ‘health’ as the lines between illness, health and wellness blur?
 • If we are tailoring our launch strategies to each individual launch and where the consumer / patient seeks information and advice about specific healthcare needs or just doing ‘launch’ the way we always have?
 • How the application of ‘launch excellence’ principles in Pharma has improved launch trajectories, and that we can take learnings from this transformation in approach to launch and apply them to our self-care launches.
 • How the behavioural science of launch and our own biases can cloud our judgement if we don’t have an objective external lens keeping us honest about the potential of our launches.

Our expert panel Andy Tarnai, Deborah Hulme FIIC and Holly Rix discussed these topics with me during our live webinar. Thanks to all our panel and attendees for a really enjoyable discussion!
