It’s been a bust few weeks at Inspiros, but we are currently putting the finishing touches to a one day ‘Project Management Essentials’ training session that we are running for an EU Regional team. We are arranging the break-out teams for the practical sessions into country groups because thanks to our briliant team, we can facilitate groups in French and Spanish as well as English.
These sessions don’t aim to turn all attendees into accredited project managers in a day, but they do provide the perfect level of theory and practice to give you and your team more confidence leading and delivering on projects (whether your are coordinating your Organisation’s presence at a trade show / congress, leading a launch, or planning a focus group / advisory board). We use ‘live’ examples of projects the teams are working on during our training so that the teams get a head start on starting and planning their projects during the session.
We’re really looking forward to this fun day, and leaving our client with the templates they need to help them deliver their projects on time, whilst weaving in principles of commercial and operational excellence that will stick with them long after the training is finished!
