We don’t aim to turn all of our delegates into fully accredited project managers when we run our ‘project management essentials’ training, but we do tailor the course to the needs of every team to give them all of the essentials that they need to lead projects or be a fully contributing member of a project team.
We speak with the delegates beforehand to get examples of live projects they are working on so that we can weave these into the practical break-out sessions. This means it’s not just a day invested in training, it’s also a practical working day tailored to the needs of your business.
