Launch Excellence ensures we can demonstrate not just clinical efficacy, but that a medicine meets a defined unmet need, will be welcomed by patients, and will be financially viable for manufacturers, healthcare providers and the whole healthcare ecosystem.
We may all have sightly different terminology in our Enterprises to describe the guidelines and operations needed to achieve this at different stages of development, but we call it launch excellence.
